Each dome is a handcrafted keepsake featuring 100% real preserved roses and custom 3D-printed miniature figurines created directly from your photos. • Delivery: Approx. 1 week after dispatch (tracking number provided).
Care, Maintenance & Replacement Policy:
• Included Complimentary Repair Kit: Due to the delicate, handcrafted nature of our products, small decorative elements (such as flower petals or micro-lights) may occasionally shift or loosen during transit. Each order includes a complimentary emergency care kit (including delicate craft glue and spare decorative elements) so you can easily touch up your product at home.
• Missing or Damaged Parts: If any component arrives severely damaged or missing beyond simple touch-ups, please contact our support team with photos/videos within 7 days. We will gladly ship the specific replacement parts to you free of charge.
• All Sales Final: As each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or cash refunds.
